Terms of Service

1stpage Agency is a trading name of BOX CORNUCOPIA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15727373. The registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

References to "1stpage Agency", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean BOX CORNUCOPIA LTD trading as 1stpage Agency.

We provide link building and related marketing services, including Top Page Links, Traffic Page Links, competitor link building, monthly plans, and LLMentioned visibility services. The scope of an order is determined by the package and add-ons shown at checkout and confirmed by email.

Business and Consumer Orders

Our services are primarily sold for business, professional, and marketing purposes. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligibility and Authority

You confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and have authority to provide URLs, anchors, and instructions for the properties submitted.

Order Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate order data, including websites, anchors, business details, billing details, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect input.

Pricing and Payment

Monthly Subscriptions

A monthly package is an automatically renewing subscription. The price displayed at checkout is charged when the order is placed and again each month until the subscription is cancelled. Unless the checkout states otherwise, there is no minimum subscription period.

The package and any add-ons identified as monthly items renew together at the displayed monthly total. The renewal date will normally fall on the same numerical day of each month as the original payment. Where a month does not contain that date, the payment provider may take payment on the last available day of that month.

By placing a subscription order, you authorise the selected payment provider to collect the initial payment and each subsequent monthly payment. We will confirm the subscription by email and ordinarily send a reminder four days before a renewal payment is due. The reminder is provided for convenience and does not alter the agreed renewal date.

We will not increase the recurring price without giving reasonable advance notice. If you do not accept a proposed increase, you may cancel before it takes effect. If a payment fails, we or the payment provider may retry it and may pause work until payment is received.

Delivery Windows

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines. Campaign timing can vary by niche, editorial availability, approval requirements, and external factors outside our control.

Refund Policy

If we cannot secure the agreed placement, deliverable, or a materially equivalent alternative, we will refund or credit the undelivered portion of the affected order. Once outreach, editorial, research, reporting, or placement work has started, bespoke service costs may be non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the agreed scope.

Once a placement has been secured, a report has been delivered, or a service has otherwise been performed, the rendered portion is non-refundable unless your statutory rights require a different outcome.

For subscriptions, cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a payment already taken for a billing period in which work has begun or services have been supplied. We will, however, provide any refund or price reduction required by applicable law and will refund any amount taken in error.

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time by emailing hello@1stpage.agency from the email address used for the order and including the order ID. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

A cancellation request received before the next recurring payment is taken will stop that payment and all later renewals. If a payment has already been taken, cancellation will take effect for the following billing period, subject to any applicable statutory right to cancel or receive a refund. We will acknowledge the cancellation by email.

Cancellation of an active one-time campaign applies only to work that has not been started, commissioned, secured, or delivered, unless we agree otherwise in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK consumer buying at a distance, you will normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made in which to cancel. If you expressly request that we start providing services during that period, we may charge a proportionate amount for services supplied before cancellation. If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request and acknowledgement, your statutory right to cancel may end.

To exercise a statutory cancellation right, send a clear statement to hello@1stpage.agency. You may use the following wording, although you are not required to do so:

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate, correct errors, or resolve delivery questions quickly. We reserve the right to provide order records, correspondence, delivery evidence, and these Terms to payment providers when responding to a payment dispute.

Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargeback behaviour may lead to suspension of future services, recovery of reasonable administrative costs where lawful, or referral to the relevant payment provider. This does not limit any genuine statutory refund, cancellation, or payment dispute rights.

Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and materials remain our property unless explicitly stated otherwise. You retain rights to your own submitted business content.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights that cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or losses caused by third-party platforms, publishers, search engines, AI systems, payment providers, or client instructions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, unlawful content, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
